It’s true. Food goes bad A LOT faster when you’re paying for it yourself!😂 Food NEVERRRRR went bad this quickly when I was growing up!😩 Anyways, this Roasted Vegetable Baked Penne Pasta is one of my favorite things to make when I have a ton of veggies that need to be cooked, FAST! I used a few of my favs— red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper and spinach, but you could toss some broccoli, carrots or even eggplant in here too! 🗣Stop letting those veggies go bad this year y’all! Would y'all share these or nah? [jack & annie’s partner] It's a "nah" for me! I def crushed these BBQ Jackfruit Pizza Rolls all by myself and didn't regret not one bite! 😊 So if you're wondering if they're #PickyAssHusbandApproved, just know I didn't get a chance to test it out on him, but I'm pretty sure they would be! 🤷🏾♀️ If you're into sharing, these would be great to make for family and friends! The star of the show was definitely the new Smoky Jack Pulled Pork from @jackandannies! It's so easy to use and I love that it's already seasoned, which means one less thing for me to worry about! Not to mention, it tastes so good and definitely gave these pizza rolls that "meaty" texture you'll love. So who's making these? Let me know in the comments! I can't wait for y'all to try them!! Is your partner vegan? Mine is definitely not!😂 However, he’s willing to try a lot of different vegan things. Very grateful for that, but I don’t call him “Picky Ass Husband” for nothing!👀 In case you didn’t know, I started uploading to my YouTube channel again and realized I never shared our @macandyease review on the ‘gram! His reaction was actually REALLY surprising 👀 Check it out over on YouTube! Link in bio https://youtu.be/eXYE5nlUug4
How many times have you read the ingredients on a package of bread only to find that it contains eggs or milk?!😩 [ad] @rhodesbread gets us y'all! They know that good, quality, delicious bread doesn't have to include dairy or eggs which means their bread is safe for vegan and plant-based eaters to enjoy! One of the things I love about using their yeast dinner rolls is the fact that they're so versatile and easy to use. Just thaw, rise and bake. Y'all know I love making aaaalll the things from scratch, but sometimes it's nice to have the convenience of something that's pre-made. Making these mini breakfast sandwiches was so easy and you only need 4 ingredients! The everything bagel seasoning is optional, but y'all know how I feel about this stuff, so the more the merrier! Head on over to the blog to check out this post so you can learn how to make your own. So easy to make and completely customizable! Are you gonna try these? P.S. They're #PickyAssHusbandApproved! Welcome to Veganuary y’all! If your new to the vegan life, one of the questions you’ll undoubtedly get is “where do you get your protein from?” Contrary to popular belief, protein can be found in lots of foods outside of meat. Like lentils for example. 1 cooked cup of lentils has 18 grams of protein in it!🙌🏾 Spinach contains protein too, which makes this Lentil Spinach Curry FULL of protein! What are your fav plant-based proteins? My favs will always be tofu, beans and oats 😋 Get the recipe for this Spinach Lentil curry on the blog! Christmas pictures with an 8 month old be like… 😂 When it’s time to eat, IT’S TIME TO EAT! Avery didn’t care not one bit about taking pics with the rents if it meant coming between him and his bottle. I don’t blame him tho! Any who, Merry Christmas from me, my picky ass husband and my hungry baby 😊 Still in a baking mood? Be sure to check out my Christmas cookie roundup. I’ll be making the soft + chewy ginger cookies later today bc I can’t NOT make cookies. It’s Christmas!😆 Link in bio! www.icanyoucanvegan.com/easy-vegan-christmas-cookies/
