Cucumber Pineapple Juice

The weather is warm and I’ve been experimenting with different summer ready juice combos. I’m usually pretty basic when it comes to juice.

Carrots, ginger, and apple are a few of my favorite go-to’s.

This time I decided to try a combo that was a little more adventurous, but still basic. That’s how I came up with this cucumber pineapple juice.

Cucumber Pineapple Juice

As with most juices, there’s really not much to it in terms of prep. However, because this Cucumber Pineapple juice involves pineapple the prep takes just a tad bit longer than normal.

I kept it simple by slicing off the outer layer with a sharp knife.

I then cut off chunks around the core to eliminate the hard part in the middle. If your juicer is anything like mine (see below), you may have to do some prep with the lemons by removing the skin.

After that, you’re all set and ready to start juicing!

For me, adding all of the ingredients to the juicer is the fun part. I’m always interested to see how much liquid I can get out of a particular item.

The cucumber did not disappoint! Neither did the pineapple.

In fact, I probably would have added more if I could have stopped myself from eating it all! Apparently I have a weakness for fresh pineapple. Who doesn’t though?!

I definitely plan on making this Cucumber Pineapple Juice more throughout the rest of the summer (and likely beyond if I can). I love it most when it’s slightly chilled with just the right amount of kick from the ginger.

  • 2 whole cucumbers
  • ¾-1 whole pineapple with outer skin removed (depending on how sweet you prefer)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 inches of fresh ginger (or more to taste)

  3. seen this on tik tok n had to try it!! today is my first day i didn’t use a juicer i used a blender n added 2 cups of water, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup cucumber, and the same amount of ginger! it’s actually not that bad!

    • Fresh is always best, but I’ve also enjoyed leftovers the next day. Just give it a good shake (it will separate overnight) and enjoy!
