Preheat oven to 350°
In a small dish, combine the ground flaxseeds and water to create a flax egg. Set aside.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
¾ cup + 2 tbsp All- Purpose Flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 1 cup Organic Cane Sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1¼ tsp instant coffee powder
Add in the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl (using ½ cup melted dairy-free chocolate chips) with the dry ingredients, and combine with a rubber spatula until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
1 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 4 tbsp vegan butter, ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
Stir the remaining chocolate chips into the batter.

Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy removal and spread evenly. Top with more dairy-free chocolate chips if desired (optional).
Transfer to the oven and bake for 40 -45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Sprinkle with salt flakes (optional).
