Bring water to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, add tea bags then let steep for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the contents to a bowl.

Using the same pot, make the mango syrup by adding frozen mango, 1 cup of water, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring consistently.
2 cups frozen mango chunks, 3 cups water, 1¾ cups organic cane sugar, juice from ½ a lemon
Once combined, remove from heat and transfer to a blender with 1 cup of water. Blend until combined.

Add the steeped tea to a pitcher, 1 cup additional water, then follow with the mango mixture, using a strainer to remove any large bits that may be present. Stir to combine, then transfer to the fridge to cool.

When ready, serve over ice and garnish with fresh mango slices (optional). Enjoy!
