dried cranberries

ground flax seeds

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well
Over a pan lined with parchment paper, form 1 inch balls (I used a cookie scooper) and place them on a pan evenly spaced.
Transfer the pan to the freezer and let sit for at minimum one hour (okay to leave longer)
After 1 hour remove from the freezer. Garnish with additional lemon zest and enjoy!
