Cake Batter Dessert Hummus

- Blender or Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 3 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp almond milk (or other plant milk)
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2-3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except sprinkles) to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until the mixture is soft-- for about 5 minutes or so (this will depend on your equipment).
- Once blending is complete, stir in rainbow sprinkles. Enjoy!
