Place graham crackers in a baggie and seal, removing the air. Using a rolling pin (or heavy object), smash the crackers until crumbs have formed.
Add the coconut whip to a piping bag (or use a baggie and cut off a corner),
Begin layering the cherry pie filling in each of the glasses, followed by the graham cracker crumbs and coconut whip. Repeat until glass is full.
