Chia Seed Pudding Parfait

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 5 oz. non dairy vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • your favorite toppings (optional)


  • Add in all ingredients to a refrigerator safe container (add in chia seeds last).
  • Whisk to combine all ingredients to avoid any clumps that might form.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours or let sit overnight.  
  • Remove from the refrigerator and top with your favorite fresh fruits, seeds, and granola. Enjoy!
