3cupsCooked rice(preferably 1 day old and chilled)
1 cupGreen onion(chopped)
1-2tbspTamari or Soy Sauce
Instructions
Heat your coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat and add onions, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and carrots. Saute for about 7-9 minutes or until carrots are tender
Add in the pineapple and saute until slightly browned or about 4-5 minutes
Add in soy sauce, rice, and green onions (add a pinch of salt if needed). Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until all ingredients are combined and heated through
