Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 whole avocado peeled and seeded
  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • squeeze of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with more cilantro and olive oil (optional). Enjoy with your favorite veggies or pita chips!
