Instructions
Add rinsed and drained chickpeas to medium sized pan along with vegetable broth and all seasonings. Mix until all chickpeas are coated over medium-low heat.
Next, add in lime juice and liquid smoke. Stir. Allow to cook for about 10-15 minutes. While the chickpeas are cooking, begin preparing the toppings of your choice.
Once the chickpeas have finished cooking, begin putting together your tacos. Enjoy!
