Ingredients

of tofu
(drained)

nutritional yeast

salt

onion powder

oil
(coconut or olive oil)

turmeric
Instructions
Begin by adding your drained tofu to a medium sized pan lined with oil. Use the back of a fork to break it into pieces that resemble scrambled eggs.
Add all seasonings to tofu and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
For a fancier version, consider adding sautéed spinach, onion, and peppers!
Notes
Though this recipe calls for only using half of the tofu block, it can easily be doubled.
