Begin by adding the chickpeas to a large bowl along with all seasonings. Mix together.
2 cans chickpeas, 1 ¼ tsp old bay seasoning, ½ tsp paprika, ¾ tsp cayenne pepper, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, nori furikake seasoning
Using a potato masher, begin mashing all of the chickpeas until most of them are smashed (there may be a few whole ones left).
Add in the red onion, vegan mayo, celery, and sweet relish. Mix well.
½ red onion, 2 celery stalks, 4 tbsp sweet relish, 3-4 tbsp vegan mayo
Eat as a sandwich, alone, or with crackers! Enjoy!
