Easy Vegan Chicken Salad [+VIDEO]
This Vegan Chicken Salad is JUST LIKE the real thing! Tender pieces of vegan chicken combined with vegan mayo, diced celery, red onion, and sweet onion for the perfect contrast. Seasoned to perfection using Old Bay!

oz
plain cooked vegan chicken
roughly chopped
1 1/4

old bay seasoning
1/2
tsp
paprika
cayenne pepper
to taste (optional)

tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper

small
red onion
diced
2
celery stalks
diced

tbsp
sweet relish
½
cup + 2 tbsp
vegan mayo
bread or crackers for serving
(optional)
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients (except for the bread) to a large bowl.
8 oz plain cooked vegan chicken,
1 1/4 tsp old bay seasoning,
1/2 tsp paprika,
cayenne pepper,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tsp black pepper,
¼ small red onion,
2 celery stalks,
½ cup + 2 tbsp vegan mayo,
5 tbsp sweet relish
Stir to combine.
Allow time to chill in the fridge before serving (if possible).
Eat as a sandwich, alone, or with crackers! Enjoy!
