Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (fresh ones would work as well)
  • ½- 1 banana (½ for a thinner version, 1 whole banana for a thicker consistency)
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup almond milk (or sub other plant milk)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
