Add all of the ingredients for the strawberry mixture to a high-speed blender and blend until combined.
Once a liquid mixture has formed, transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
Rinse out the blender with warm water and add in all of the ingredients for the mango mixture. Blend until combined and a liquid mixture has formed. Transfer to a separate bowl and set aside.
Now that you have both layers you're ready to begin transferring the mixture to your popsicle molds. I find this easiest to do using a two measuring spoons, one for each flavor in addition to using a funnel for neater results. Feel free to disperse the mixtures however you'd like.
Once your molds are filled, cover them with their lid and add in the popsicle sticks to each (careful not to push them in too far).
Transfer them to the freezer and let them set for at least 6 hours. I usually let them sit overnight just to be sure.
Once set, remove them from the freezer when ready to consume. Enjoy!
