To make these you only need 10 ingredients:
🧁unsweetened almond milk
🧁white vinegar
🧁all- purpose flour
🧁organic cane sugar
🧁baking powder
🧁baking soda
🧁vegan butter
🧁vanilla extract
🧁unsweetened applesauce
🧁vegan sprinkles (optional)

What’s better than a pasta dish? One with extra protein! 🍝| AD
Working from home often means coming up with easy lunch options that don’t require a lot of time or effort, but still come through with flavor! This cheesy pasta dish is exactly that – convenient and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup penne pasta
1 cup pasta sauce
1 scoop @drinkorgain Natural Unsweetened Protein Powder
Seasonings to taste (optional) - I used salt, pepper, thyme, basil and Italian seasoning
Vegan cheese to taste (~1/2 cup)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) - chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°
Cook pasta according to package directions. Once done, drain and set aside.
Add 1 cup of pasta sauce to a dish along with 1 scoop of protein powder and optional seasonings to taste. Stir to combine.
Stir in the pasta to combine with the sauce.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray and add half of the pasta to the dish. Add a layer of vegan cheese, then layer with remaining pasta and top with additional vegan cheese.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes or until vegan cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
